When rome conquered greece, they adopted a ton of their culture which they supported and grew before constantine converted rome to christianity.

1. Cerberus is not a demon hound with fire that is a massive misconception that both Christianity and pop culture have spread. 2. The Hand is either Kronos Titan Lord of Time and Harvest and the father to the 6 core Olympians: Hestia, Demeter, Hera, Hades, Poseidon and Zeus. He was overthrown and chopped up by his kids after being eaten by him and thrown into Tartarus the deepest pits of the Underworld. or it's Tartarus itself (before anyone says anything, Tartarus does not have a human/goldy form that's been described. We know Tartarus has one as every Greek God/Goddess was given one at some point) 3. The Odyssey skin might be a nod to Achilles from Homers Odyssey makes sense as well given the name for the skin might be a reference to said poem.

That hand is definitely from Kronos. He is the titan that the gods from greek mythology defeated and locked in Tartarus(Tartarus is where they imprison immortal beings) My guess is it’s Kronos trying to escape Tartarus or something and we will have an event where he comes for the zero point and the greed gods will defeat him again.

Problem is Kronos doesn't have lava skin. He's a human still. Closest Greek Mythology had to a Lava God is Hephaestus the God of craftsmen, fire, volcanoes and metalworking. We could argue it maybe Tartarus itself but since there is no description nor depiction of what Tartarus would look in human form it's hard to say
