Ig amber more high investment bcz u need either c2 or c6 which is lot harder to get constellation it take lots of year compared to cyno u need his sig weapon with having c1 to extent his dmg more.even with c0r1 still doable

For most cases building 4 star characters are for those who have extra time after building all the required ones for clearing 36 stars on spiral abyss. I'd say some are exceptional cases like Xingqiu, Xiangling, Kuki Shinobu, Bennett, and whatnot
