Nicely filmed. Calm and clear narration add more colour, Definitely yala is the most visited national park out of 26 national parks in Sri Lanka. But the largest and the best for my opinion is VILPATTHU national park for all big five animals to see in Sri Lanka. Elephant 🐘, leopard 🐆 , sloth bear 🐻 , crocodile 🐊 and water buffalo 🐃. But ideal place to enjoy seen elephants are at minneriya or kaudulla parks. Where 100s of elephants gethers. For kids to enjoy udawalawe elephant s transit center where they feed milk to jungle elephant babies. Keep exploring and enjoying Have a safe and happy journey. Much ❤

You just have to be aware of what the actual prices are and be willing to bargain. You can also take the bus, which is actually quite convenient. A little tip for you when you visit SriLanka again,there are many leopards in Yala , but when it rains leopards are too lazy. They sleep in caves. So you would wanna go there after a few days since it rained. And some leopards sleep in trees. When I visited Yala there was a leopard who was sleeping on a tree. We got to see it with some binoculars. And there is a black bear in Yala . We got lucky to see it tho . It ran in front of the vehicle that we were in . And if you go again,try to go at 2.00 pm. the atmosphere cools down when its close to the night.lf you are lucky you would get to see leopards and the bear. A local from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰🍃

Yes, we heard this from many locals. We came here during the off-season because it's more peaceful and affordable than it is during high season 😊

@thetraveling3 We actually never had an off season jut the 2 monsoons south west & north east .. Seems since the surf scene has grown the waves are what many are after.. hence the on & off season. Water clarity though certainly makes a difference esp from a snorkling diving or simply enjoying swimming in rhe sea ... mid dec to mid feb is abt the best it gets clarity wise on the south west & june to sept on the north east ...
