I think it's really cool that ElleCee decided to ski even though her other siblings were all snowboarding, and she looks very confident on the slopes. Something people often do when they learn to ski is ski without poles, which gives them better balance, and then they switch to poles, and by then they've developed the skill of balance, which ElleCee may or may not want to do. PaisLee and DeLayNee were also looking really confident and they were doing really well for their first time too.

As a professional ski coach I recommend that they should start skiing without pole’s because it really helps with balance and is very beneficial! I love all your content and how you cheer on your kids! Tiffany you are a wonderful mom!

hi!! i’m 13 years old and i’ve been skiing since i was 4 and snowboarding since i was 9 and a tips for the littles with the skies, is if they want to go slower, put the top of your skies together to make a triangle shape or “pizza” as my dad says and do go faster make “french fries” which are there straight hope this helps!! love you guys!

As a snowboarder myself. I have a few tips to share: 1) Lean forward (your front leg is your steering wheel) 2) Use your dominant leg to drive you straight. 3) Bend your knees and have your arms out like your blocking a goal in soccer. 4) Have all the kid’s practice fallen leaf down a Bunny Hill, that way they get the idea of edge turning. 5) Once they start edge turning into C-shapes, they can start link them to become S-shapes. Transitioning heel to toe and toe to heal vice-versa is crucial to learn as your aim towards intermediate riding, you can easily make turns bigger or smaller depending on the situation. 6) Let your board do its thing, never resist or fight your board. I started learning since last season and still a beginner trying to master speed and edge control.

I learned how to snowboard this season and it’s hard to learn but once you get it it’s very easy! A tip for all them would be to lean on there front led instead of there back leg. If you lean on your back you will go faster and it’s easier to loose control. Also keep your shoulders straight along the board and use your hips to turn. Look where you want to go! 😁 Hope you guys had so much fun! ❤️

Such a fun video! Loved seeing the kids keep trying with the snowboarding… they did awesome. I think Mr B and Ledger would do good with an instructor, and a lesson or two for the other kids would be super helpful. It was interesting to see ElleCee on skis instead of a board: I would think she would have a good center of gravity.
