Our FIRST TIME Cruising | Tropical Delights tour on Marella Explorer 2 | CRUISE VLOG Travel Day

Ahoy sailors!
Come along with us on our travel day (plus a pre travel trip to the Birmingham Christmas Markets) as we head off to Barbados ready to begin our first ever time on a cruise!
We stayed for one night at the Hilton Gardens Inn hotel at Birmingham airport and enjoyed a little breakfast and a few drinks in the Clubroom airport lounge in the morning before flying with Tui on a 787 Dreamliner across the Atlantic.
Our cruise was with Marella Cruises onboard their Explorer 2 adults only ship, and took us around some vibrant caribbean islands on a 7 night tour, Tropical Delights.

@@RobCadenElkins Thanks Rob, I found 2 more after I wrote my message once I had subscribed...wish I had investigated the Spa, looked ace and decent price even if had increased. That particular day I stayed in bed all day with a stinking cold! I was one of the many on the ship with ridiculous coughs! lol Sure we spoke to you briefly sat outside a lively bar in Curaco that did the best Mojitos :)

Hahaha what gave it away?! In the year ahead we have already got a trip to Florida booked, and a river cruise visiting German Xmas markets at end of the year. Plus one or two (or three or four) Center Parcs 😆 And still hoping for some more trips to fit in somewhere too... 🙏
