Hi could you solve me a doubt? I need to know what sizes I need to do the design but not in vector format not in .ai but in bit map design in Photoshop, in vector format is easy i just download a blueprint of the model car, and keeping the 1:20 scale I dont worried about the measures, but in bitmap I always do the design in acurate measures not working in scale like 1:20 or 1:10 , I use the 100% measures with a extra area of bleed, and 75dpi, is it the corect way to do it ? or what is the scale I must to use?

Didn't you see them laminating it? The Laminate protects from the UV exposure among other things... They are also printing off what looks like an HP 365 Printer which uses Latex Inks, Latex ink is also highly resistant to UV fading.

We have had nothing but issues with Avery print film and their laminate is horrible, only last about a year with UV exposure, Much rathther prefer to use 3m 180cv3 with 8518 lam, much more durable with a superior adhesive.
