This video came out from her 11th studio album at almost 2/3rds of the time from the start of her career in 1986-87 till now. It's a lot closer to the Kylie we know now than to the teen soap actress that she was at the beginning 23-4 years before the Aphrodite era :) So definitely she was already a mature woman in her 40s releasing great songs far from the happy cheesy bubble gum pop she was releasing in the 80s.
