The frontman singers name is Till. He is actually a very shy man. His stage performance is just great acting! And they always use fire and cool stuff like that. Till is a piro technician.

Their attention to detail is much appreciated. The road crew uses 20 18-wheelers just for the stage set. Gatta respect that. And I've heard their ticket prices are affordable. Someday you should check out Deutscheland (Germany). It's a 10 minute music video of Germany's history.

That's not the first time someone has said RZK looks like a vampire, lol. He has that gothic style, pale complexion, and black hair that gives that vibe. Rammstein stage shows can take up to 60 hours+ to set up, because of the complexity of the stage, lighting, and pyro. Greatest live show on the planet. They actually just won an award for best live band from the 2020 Heavy Music ceremony yesterday.

The vast majority of their live songs use a variety of pyrotechnics, props, costumes and lighting to make their shows infinitely more awe-inspiring. As for the CGI stuff in the Paris film, (lizard tongue in this song, lightning bolts in Du Hast, etc) I found it to be over the top and hokey, even for them.

First time I saw Rammstein perform live was in 1997. They were touring the European festival circuit, promoting their second studio album. Even though it was a much smaller production, their fireworks and theatrics were already on point back then. Vocalist Till is a professional pyrotechnician, he designs Rammstein’s stage shows

it can cost half a million euro's per show which is about $600000 for a Rammstein production. That was for the tour your watching not the stadium tour they are starting again next year that's even bigger (it takes 3 days to set up the stage). Considering the cost of the show the tickets are not over priced. Not every song has huge pyrotechnics (most do) they have a second stage in the middle of the crowd which is small, they perform 3 or 4 songs there, no pyro.

They are massive into performance. The singer is even a licensed pyrotechnician and has a part in the design of all the pyrotechnic effects. Pretty much every song has its own show. Some are over the top. Watch Mein Teil. Live in Japan is a fantastic performance of that song.

In the past they invented, planned and built the pyro effects themselves. But then there was an accident: They had drawn things on the backdrop with flammable paste and set the thing on fire during the concert. It got too hot and the suspension broke. The whole curtain came down, the stage was full of flames, uncontrolled sparks everywhere ... At this point they said, ok, we need professional help. Since then they have had the effects built by external companies.

They have burnt themselves...hundreds of times. You'll notice that all members sometimes look incredibly dirty on their arms, necks, faces, etc. They are wearing a fire repelling gell that protects them from being burnt....badly.

As far as AC DC I've seen them three times two were horrible and 1 was great. Saw Iron Maiden twice and the first one was one of the best shows id ever seen, the second time I left early.
