It’s such a magical, fun place to visit! Our inner child for sure came out sledging and ice sliding everywhere! 😃 Room tours are officially Ollie’s now, he makes them far more entertaining than we ever could!

Can I ask how you booked your flights? Looking at doing a similar trip but finding it hard to work out cheap flights and all seem to go indirect via Helsinki

Ryanair, Easyjet fly from London directly to Rovaniemi.

EasyJet also fly direct from Birmingham and Manchester (not sure where else) is it next year you are looking at? They definitely have flights from Manchester from November 3 times a week although not cheap at all…

Just had a quick look and EasyJet does have some direct flights but not all dates are cheap. I will say we booked in March the moment they released them for this year and the prices shot up as we were booking, a few weeks before they were significantly cheaper but obviously that’s a big risk especially as you’ll need to book your accommodation so it doesn’t get fully booked
