Copyright claim - it will claim the earnings. Mean the KZbinr will get nothing from the video. The company will get all the money. Second is Copyright strike - it is dangerous. If you used a company or a creator music/Video. They have choice to give copyright strike. With copyright strike. The video from your channel will be deleted. And if you get 3 copyright strike on your channel. Your channel will be deleted. Hope it helps
