Jimin hands down always good at everything. He may be cute and sweet but he is an assassin. He has been trained in a lot of arts that requires strength. He is just a humble person and not a show off. Just like how he is on Top of Military which is in REAL LIFE and not for tv shows.

Jimins core strength is legendary.. he goes full dancer body both flexible yet super strong muscles.. he dont work out to buff it up, his work outs are more of body-weight so his muscles dont lose the flexibility he needs to move so fluidly as he does 💛 his body is lean yet super strong 💪

Jimin’s core strength is amazing. Watch the video about it. Jimin is the reigning King of K-pop since 2019. He is the reigning best dancer since 2018. However, Jimin will always say Hobi is the best dancer. I wanted to see pole dancing. It takes more strength to hang on to that pole. Jimin would have been amazing. Jimin has done kendo for 8yrs, has been a top student in contemporary dance, learnt ballet where he did extreme levels of stretching, he is not a natural, he is a genius in working hard, and it shows, idols of idols jimin Winning daesang award in 2024 and breaking bts’s streak was something special too

He can put you down ,he's deadly, and proof of that is in the military, where is ranking up fast, he's scores in physical, and intelligence are over expectations,he's the 1% that ever score that high ,he has mathematician, and robotic science intelligence, he's IQ is very high, that's why he can converce about anything, with Namjoon, which he has a high IQ also, The company had always put him as a weekly one, because they want there golden boy to be better than him, if you pay attention, JK, sees jimin,doing something he wants to copied, JM,has been the sport person in BTS.Since they started, they have always put him in the back,shortest training, no vocal classes like the others...he has done all this by him self, with no help, like the others have.They put JK on the front, but in the military there's no one telling him how to act, and his kicking ass, the cadets, are in a awe kind of way with him, because he's teaching them, how to improve, hes giving his time of phone calls to them, and according to some parents, he has turn their kids for the better, they say he helps jk,a lot, they had running drills that he was Winning, jk got hurt, and he stop to go help him, and he loss that drill, but that's just Jimin, other come first before him.The CO, has left him by him self, but they got the goods since he saved the CO, there's a lot of proof of this, but still he doesn't count, WATCH INTRODUCTION TP PARK JIMIN 2024,OR ANYTHING JM, YOU'LL BE SURPRISED HOW AMAZING THIS MAN IS. Jimin is the best dancer with the incredible versatility of dance styles; with his black belt in Taekwondo and 6 years of Kendo training, he has integrated them all to create his own genre of dance (‘the Jimin Genre’). In the military he was named the best trainee on completion of their first 5 weeks of training. He then earned the designation of ‘Special Warrior’ given to him by the Commander, for excelling in the KCTC training with the U.S. military. In that training they simulated real war time battle and lived in the same conditions you would in the battle field under extremely bad conditions. Never underestimate him…he’s a ninja.

To be fair to J-Hope he mentioned at the beginning of the episode that he had worked out the day before (his chest I think?) and I think he was very sore… I think he struggled a little bit more that he would normally have because of that. He wasn't as flexible as I had imagined considering some dance moves he did before (like in Boy meets evil) but it's also true that you lose some flexibility if you don't keep "using it". Which means Jimin probably still does deep stretches regularly… and has some real core strength to be able to stay in the postures like he did. Very impressive! Also, the teacher was quite shocking! In a good way: it's rare to see someone have that much muscle mass AND be that flexible!!!
