Of course it's natural to experience "baby blues" in the beginning. Your body went into a traumatic experience of giving birth. You're still not 100% recovered, you are tired, you need rest, but have to take care of the baby. It is al natural. Rest eventually catches up and everything starts to fall into place. You are both doing a great job of being new parents. Take it day by day and cherish the moments with your baby. They grow up fast.

Vika and Eugene, i have a suggestion about the sounds and noise, i would suggest about your choice of sounds please turn on the CLASSICAL/ INTRUMENTAL MUSIC for the baby's intellectual and emotinal development. It is vital and very beneficial for the child. I've been a Nanny for 30 plus Years and took care of 26 kids and multiple births/ twins included . I've been a child care provider in abroad different countries, I am loving my JOB, all the kids that i have cared and lovedfor, i treated them like my OWN children. ENJOY the PARENTHOOD

Yes I agree, mellow music is good for the babies intellectual and emotional and for their calmness believe me dahil ginawa ko yan sa baby ko every night specially put the music right next to her just turn it on real low almost faint, and they will love music too when they get older pampa talino yan. 😉

As First time mom napakahirap talaga, literal na wala kang matinong tulog. Lalo na L.O ko grabe madaling Araw alive na alive 3 weeks na sya tomorrow. Grabe Yung puyat Lalo na nung umpisa.

Pag new born vika at ugene di paasyado mahirap alagaan kasi more on tulog lang siya at at may time nman yung pagdede niya. Pero pag mga 6months na si baby yan ang pinakamahirap kasi malikot na siya at di taga pwde iwan. Cingratulations aa inyong dalawa❤

I suggest trying a swaddle, and the baby will sleep better. Don't wake up the baby to feed she'll wake up and cry when she's hungry. When baby's is awake, talk to her. Use breast pump to harvest excess milk and freeze, save when traveling.

Nanganak ako nung September at CS pa. Grabe ang hirap mag-alaga ng baby, lalo na't 1st baby at wala pang malawak na kaalaman pagdating sa pag-aalaga ng bata, at lalo na dalawa lang din kami ng partner ko sa bahay. Nung una di ako marunong magkarga ng bata, di ako marunong magpapadede. Pero ngayon, gamay ko na, sa una lang mahirap. Turning 7 months na ang pretty baby girl ko. 🥰 Yang sa inyo Vicka and kuya Eugene, wala pa yan. Wala pa kayo sa 1/4 haha. Marami pa kayong mararanasan. Pero yung puyat at pagod given na yan. Pa iba-iba yung mood namin, kaya matinding understanding talaga kuya for Vicka. Ako, up until now, nag popostpartum parin ako pero nilalabanan ko. Vicka, higpitan mo yung binder mo para kahit papaano hindi no masyadong maramdaman yung kirot. Pero grabe ka, parang wala lang naman sa'yo hahaha. Kung makakilos akala mo walang tahi eh hahaha kainggit lang. Siguro mataas yung pain tolerance mo be no haha good job. Galing mo. 🥰

Di lahat ng asawa ganyan .. napaka importante ng role ng husband especially pag bagong panganak ang babae para maiwasan ang post partum depression. Whenever the baby cries it’s either she is hungry or have soiled diaper. Don’t follow the feeding schedule. If she don’t stop crying, she is hungry so feed her. It happened to us on our first born as she won’t stop crying on first night and my co worker advised me to not follow what the hospital/nurses told us to feed only every 3 hours. You can follow the 3 hour schedule maybe after about a month or the baby gets used to not crying often. That is what newborns do EAT and SLEEP for a few days or weeks.

Kaya mo nyo yan! After 2 to 3 months hindi na kayo mapupuyat sa pagaalaga lalo na sa gabi dahil nagiiba na routine ng mga baby, gawin nyo pong 2hrs ang gap sa pagpapadede dahil mabilis sila dumede at mabilis din magwiwi kaya mabilis sila magutom.
