⭐⭐⭐⭐ The home exudes an understated elegance and sophistication without sacrificing comfort or function. In regards to white sofa fabrics, one can purchase Scotchgard to treat white sofas & chairs. Although, I stand corrected Scotchgard has discontinued the make of this product. However, one can search online for white fabric protector. Moreover, you can purchase a sofa with perennial fabric or Microfiber which is not technically a performance fabric, but it has such a reputation for being stain-resistant and durable that I wanted to include it here as well. Having said that, I grew in a household with white sofas & my children as well, and we were educated not to jump, eat, or drink our Kool-Aide in the living room, is all learning how to appreciate the finer things in life from a young age. Lastly, we had a section in our home where we could play, throw a football jump on the family sofa eat & drink what we pleased. With that said I still own that same white sofa in my home today and it's still looking as pristine as it did back then. Happy Holidays... Abrazos

Consider using the storage closet as a coat/purse closet when guests come over so coats and purses aren't thrown about the house during the holiday gatherings, also a good place for your own coats and purses when you come and go...located right by the door. This home is stunning and the decor is so on point. I love that it looks super high end, but as you said is "bougie on a budget"....brilliant!

Oops! Missed that. They are the BILLY bookcase, with doors on the outer 2 and height extensions on all 3. The middle one is just the BILLY with lower doors, typically you would add shelves their but we left them off and put a picture instead!

So far scotch guard has done wonders for us with spills and dogs wiping dirt on it lol! It is just wood from Home Depot, and Troy measured it to fit the artwork and painted it black. The lighting is also separate from Amazon! In my LTKIT!
