My dad was not able to walk with me in the aisle when I got married because he passed on when I was 13 years old. This is one of the reasons why I cry over weddings. They say that my dad is happy to see me walk down the aisle up from heaven and he always watches me since I am a certified daddy'sgirl, pero iba pa din when your dad is with you. Gi pa hilak na ko ani from the previous wedding vid but this full vid made me cry more. I am so happy to see a video filled with so much LOVE in it. My throat went tighter when the speeches started and there came your dad's huhu and that's when I started panting silently and tried to hold back my tears coz mom is around hehehe. Pero I really felt empty jud thinking that I won't get to experience this moment, since my dad already went home to God. I suddenly felt the need to dance with your dad and hug him because I remembered that I was also once an only little girl in my dad's eyes. I wish I was as lucky as you, Ate Vern. This made me cry din po ate. I have never seen shangrila before but it was always in my vision to get married with a triangular architectural design na church and because of you, I was in awe to see your wedding venue because it was I was dreaming of. Because of you, I also started to write my own checklist which I have planned to make long time ago and today I have learned that it is very important to not just be precise and specific of the characteristics of the man that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with but most importantly is that adding to the top of the list the importance of him being loved by my family and I would be loved by his family also. I pray and manifest that like you, my checklist will be all marked by that man whom God prepared for the best version of me. Someday soon, I will look back and be very grateful for all the answered prayers just like you. For now, I am in the process of preparing myself and loving myself so that when I am ready to achieve all of my dreams little by little together with my family and be able to firmly and strongly be sure of all the decisions in life especially in love as I embrace all of it.
