Totally disagree with Hannah! The reason fish have so much omega 3 is from the plants they eat like algae. So you can still get it by taking supplements sourced from algae. The notion that everything has to come from animal sources can easily be debunked! I've never had a B12 deficiency in all the years I've been Vegan. Yet my asian brother in law, whose diet is massively meat based has just been prescribed tablets because he's folic/b12 deficient. Anyhow, just my two penneth there. Love the show apart from that 😂❤

Exactly! The omegas aren’t produced by the fish but rather the PLANTS they eat! Also, other farmed animals aren’t a natural source of b12, they are injected with it. I’m so fed up of this kind of anti-vegan misinformation. 🌱✌️

Toe separators, is why I wanted toes socks for Christmas. I didn’t get any so trying to find some but from where? EBay sizing? They are apparently really good for those poor achy feet by helping toes separate.
