We got finally our bunker 100% bullet proof and therefore we can move forward to even stupider and more dangerous hydraulic press experiments! In this video we instal AR500 roof, door and window framings and of course bullet proof windows. Then we test them out with some ball bearing crushing
You can now buy your own hydraulic press through us! Press inquiries hpc@profipress.info
Here is the link where you can check out standard Profi Press models rhtc-workshoppress.com/ and if you need special custom made machine just send email and Profi Press engineers will design machine that suits your needs.

If you intend to film with expensive cameras through one of the windows, you may get reflections on the window from light outside of the bunker. You could reduce this by putting the whole camera in a black box against the window, or putting a 'skirt' around the lens with a fabric that doesn't let light through. I remember this skirt being a commercial product, but couldn't quickly find it. It used suction cups to stick to the glass.

I was working in a company that produced springs. And it rarely happened that on the set press a spring went flying...so that area was the most dangerous place in the building. They said that getting shot with a rifle would be less painful and even a high grade ballistic vest would not protect you. I saw the damage a flying spring Made and only one employee had to go to the trauma center and he did survive... the building is 120m long and the spring smashed through the cage, flew 80m hitting a fire protection door that a guy was just opening (he got hit in the face by the door and thrown back...only injured person), the door and frame was destroyed and pushed out of the wall, the spring flew 120 m back against a concrete wall and left a little Crater on the Impact point and flew another 90m before hitting the ground

@@ozozznozzyLol yeah, we've been preparing for a soviet/russian invasion for the better part of a century at this point. Even when everyone else relaxed after the USSR collapsed, we kept our vigilance. It isn't paranoia if they're actually out to get you I guess. The whole thing was very traumatic for our cultural psyche. No one wants a round 2 of course, but it'll be even worse for the russians this time since they seem to be using the same old meat wave tactics.

Letting the shrapnel pass through the plane of a line laser would illuminate the pieces as they crossed. Green line lasers are pretty cheap and might let you "see" small pieces the camera wouldn't otherwise pick up -- particularly on the high-speed. ...If you don't connect the door to a fog machine, it's only 9999999. 😜 Awesome work, y-all. 2:12 If I had to guess, it’s about wave propagation. The way the layers interact can be more or less effective depending on order of contact. Think of the spalling that happened on armored vehicles and emplacements during WW1 and WW2. Ring those bells so hard the innermost layers shattered and flew off even if the armor didn’t get penetrated. Modern armors use a brittle material in front to shatter and abrade a projectile as it goes in. All placed in front of a more flexible structure.
