Hi Hari. You can apply for jobs without PR. Not many companies will be interested in hiring because they have to go through a tedious process for hiring a foreign employee. But if you have specific skills that they need, they might be willing to hire you. It’s possible to get a job but difficult than a PR holder.

Hi.. for getting PR, you need at least one year of work experience. With 3 years of experience you’ll have a lot of points. So applying for PR with 3 years of experience is a good idea. It will also help you in job search

Hi Narmada, to be able to teach in medical field, you must be a member of the provincial regulatory body since it’s a regulated profession. So to get a job, first you need to get the license and I don’t think you can do it from India. So, if you could immigrate as PR, then you can get a job after obtaining the license.
