Hi Jeff I love paintings making my comment small just having a break to watch you . We have been flooded out the river by us and the dam at Warragamba over flowed and had rain 6 days all down the east coast of Australia . All rivers flooding . My beautiful garden is under water . We were called out to rescue . We have 3 little one week old kittens to care for plus our rescue animals . I lived here 52 yrs I've never seen it so bad . I’m gosh, the grape picker looks like my mother when she was younger. I love my oil paintings from my grandmother-two only. I pick up oil painting at good will but am I ever lucky. Beautiful paintings ever house should have some. Pure art.

Jeff and Angela, I find this video to be one of your most fascinating topics. My mom is an artist and the talent missed me. I remember her only doing Oil paintings 🖼️ when I was a kid. Now she doesn’t love oil’s because it takes so long to dry et cetera. I’ve never heard of oil on stretched canvas. Absolutely fascinating to learn about this. My brain cannot comprehend how you stretch this Jeff. Also how it comes rolled in a tube and turns out looking like a museum piece! I also can’t believe you made that frame Jeff! You literally blow my mind constantly 😮! I’m sure you don’t need another oil on canvas purchase, however, in the event you do buy another piece of this art would you PLEASE make a video on how this works.

Jeff, I never realized how artistic you are . The painting you did is really good! Your talent is on a large scale of all decor. At first when I starting watching you I thought you had a few things you enjoyed decorating, but your all over the place into it all! When I was married I did all the decorating and that was good because there was no disagreements on it because a lot of men do not care or take an interest in it! I think you would like the artwork of Vladimir Stroozer; the detail and color in his paintings is fantastic. He painted a series named "Windows of the World" which has been reproduced multiple times and several of them were made into puzzles, two of which are of Venice. The city of Venice is named Venezia in Italian. Veneto is the region within which Venice lies.

I didn’t know you were such a gifted artist! My grandfather was a painter. He painted “ Madame Vigee-Lebrun and her daughter, Jeanne-Lucie-Louise. It hung above their fireplace. Jeff, when I was in elementary school we took bus trips to the museum of art in Toledo, Ohio. We had little folding chairs and they would have us sit and talk about paintings, sculptures, etc. I loved going there. I learned a lot from this video. We were learning french from a record in third grade, wish they would have kept it going. I still remember the words today. Thank you for having this oil painting video.
