I would do the fence from front of house down and around the back, and do the walk way and bbq area near the gas line. Definitely a Retaining wall and a small area for plants across that side.

What a fun vlog! I would make the grill area separate from your patio area. I'd keep the grill location where the gas line is on a small little slab. Grills get so hot! The patio area could be a slab with pavers around the edges, and pavers leading to the grill. If it's possible to add a pergola or a small roof at the same time, you'll be able to enjoy some shade. Whatever you decide, it will be nice!

I am praying hard for you two to be blessed with a pregnant Brit a full healthy pregnancy, and a healthy baby. You two are so Awesome with kids. I LOVE how Brit just involved Hazzy in everything and made her feel so special. And how you did so many things with the kids because that is what they are so used to doing. From scooters to the parks just all around kept them involved and entertained. You two are Awesome Uncle and Aunt to all your nephews and nieces. Having close not family shows in you guys and what will make you Fabulous Parents naturally infertility or segregate or adoption ANY child will be BLESSED to have you guys as parents THAT IS MY HOPE AND PRAYERS FOR YOU BOTH GOD BLESS🙏 Be Safe in your travels back to Florida. As for your yard, obviously you would need to maybe do a cement slab for your grill. Jared is correct your yard slopes so a retaining wall would be wise, and maybe by the retaining wall do a little patio off retaining wall for seating. And fire pit. Than you will have all that one side and and rest of backyard for grass for little Finners and for kids to play. There are so many kinds of brickwork and paver ideas , fun part you could have someone or yourselves design your very own plan for yard plus the fence. It's a Gorgeous home....cant wait to see the finished results😊

First, your ideas are great, remember your going to be having kids, so since your doing the yard and don’t have a change or update in later, pick are play ground area you like to be for kids and kids that come over, and maybe a small blow up kid pool are for hot days.. and if your coming back maybe a small yard area for veggies garden remember you don’t need to grew veggies in yard you can hang them pit in a raised bed or 5 gallon bucket for space saver garden.

I’m thinking of a paver or cement trim for kiddos age 1-5 could you make a trim around your back yard for kids to scooter, one year old push trikes and two year olds on trikes. Once you have kids you will have more then one if God blesses that wish. Always “thy will be done”🙏❤️ But can you have a trike “hike” for your nephew and for your kids. Love your grilling area. I think u should probably put little sidewalk and then u can also put down some pavers blocks and your trigger right next to the gas pump is and on the other side u should put a play ground area and then put a sand box around put a outside mine fridge put cold drinks and some other stuff like popsicles right where britt wants a very tall fence for privately and maybe you can put a small garden

Love this, today! Have been "threatening" to make your cinnamon rolls and can't wait for some company to try it out. Not sure what to think of the barbecue near the house because I don't know what room is behind the gas outlet.. I think the yard is lovely (well, will be when done). The only thing I would add is a small fire pit that can be removed when your little ones are running around. I really like the TIGWB area with couches and chairs and the little fire pit.
