Our Little Big Shot (4 years old) (Enhanced Sound)

Once in a while you have a student that comes along that just gets it. This boy here loves the martial arts and wants to do it because it is fun. He or she who practices all the time and can't seem to get enough of the training will excel above and beyond others.
In this video we showcase a sweet little 4 year old boy that has a heart of a giant. He has a positive attitude and say's "I can do it" more than most kids I have ever met. He has the right attitude and it really comes down to the right attitude!
I do not have favorite students but do find some students easier to teach than others. This boy is one of those examples. Over the past 20 years of teaching all ages including 3 and 4 year olds, you might have student like this 1 out of 500 people. However, I think what this kid can do is even more rare than that! It is true, I didn't teach him the spinning kicks or jump spinning kicks... yet but, as you can see he is off to a tremendous start.
There is much more to martial arts than just kicking and punching. Karate helps instill good manners, respect, self-discipline, confidence (He exudes this but at the right amount) and self-defense. The overall goal is to improve your character because your character will become your destiny. Self improvement is the philosophy.
