Variety of stuffed parathas...paneer, onion, methi, mooli...all made without oil. Just before eating, add ghee to the parathas. Ghee is very healthy fat...you will not put on weight ,as long as you don't fry anything in ghee. You can have these with raita & pickle or green chutney, sauce, etc. Punjabi Chole, bengali ghugni (matar), bengali cholar dal, bengali jhinge posto(with coconut), Phool gobi curry....all can be easily prepared in 2 teaspoon of oil only. Add ghee after switching off the flame. Healthy & yummy dishes. Trick is to add little water whenever you feel the ingredients are about to dry up... Cooking in water is the healthiest option & finally adding ghee makes the dish wholesome & tasty
