This is THE REAL WORK each and every Banker should do. Common men is Honest and Ready to Repay. They Need personal touch and reasonable interest rate so that they can come out of poverty by the Hardest Work they are doing. Banks should reduce focus from big people and should concentrate on Needy Hard working Small and Medium enterprises. Most of today's bankers are not doing real ground work.

The situation reflects the lack of financial awareness and inclusion that too in a metropolitan city in 2020. I appreciate the efforts of Vaidyanathan Sir and IDFC Bank in reflecting the ground reality. At the same time this presents a huge opportunity to innovative and agile players to deep dive in mass financial awareness campaigns and digital lending. We already have the example of Zerodha which is the top discount broker by virtue of its excellent knowledge resources and product. I urge IDFC bank to look at mass financial awareness campaigns in regional languages and digital lending to grow its business for the coming decades.
