Target might take the bin back even without a receipt; go to customer service. But to avoid this in the future, You can sign up for a target account online and you don't need to have receipts (like when you have a broken bin) because everything will be shown on the online account. You will also receipt points and store cards.

Apartment looks amazing, i love the details, that sofa with the table and the carpet perfect combo. Lamp design is very unique, and the big plants are must for such a big place. Imagine waking up every morning stretching your body and have this wide open gorgeous view. This place has a a lot of potential. GUYS WELCOME TO FLORIDA, FOR YOUR LOUNGE CHAIRS PLACEING AT THAT END YOU NEED TO HAVE THEM PLACE AT OPPOSITE ANGLE.....the piece near to the windows need to be at the inner most side......then pull away from the wall put a side table behind. Hey Guys, love your taste in furniture, amazing way of using the projector saving you guys not having to buy a tv. I think another reason the view is so good, is u can seeing all those luxury boats and yacht go by - having a boat would so nice - we both want that. Something that I would consider would be a small high top breakfast bar up against the living room windows that you could sit at looking out over Biscayne Bay. Are you considering a kitchen island as well? I've seen many nightly Live tours in this area mostly in Brickell. Colorful and stunning high rises lit up at night. Very beautiful apartment and area. There is also a food court that has various restaurants in the area as well. In South Beach there is a street called Espanola Way that has restaurants. 💜

I don't know if you guys ever heard of organic laundry strips that have been popular the past few years. You can find them at the grocery stores or in a health food store. Just a small lightweight package that is more convenient than lugging laundry detergent.

@@di4085❤The chaise bit of the couch would still face the wall to watch the projector. Could then put a dining table behind couch to create a divide without need for kitchen island/bar. Where couch is now also means you sit with your back against balcony side door which is bad feng shui . Sometimes you need to live in a place for a bit to see what works best for you. It’s such a beautiful view

You did well a few little more things table and chairs and night stand but otherwise love all the things you chose well done maybe some prints with greenery on it like landscape. Well done you two :) make sure you figure out your plant water schedule there are things you can put in place to self water as well. Get your landlord to send a technician to fix the coffee maker as you paid up is their turn to fix any issues. Will you rent a separate office if you decide to buy any properties to fix up and rent? I assume you have a team there helping you navigate Miami :) Ask Craig David I heard he has a home in Miami ;) he's on tour atm so maybe his family could show you around if he does. Pharrell Williams, Matt Damon I think. Get a hold of Vogue or Vanity Fair they could do an interview with you two about the channel and your recent move might open some doors there :) Miami Living and New Times, shoot magazine wherever you can :) maybe enlist a local PA business to help you with spreading the word about LH expansion.

Have you tried positioning the sofa the way around? You will have a better open view from the windows and the whole room will be open. Just place it close to the wall and move the projector on a side next to the sofa and watch movies on the wall next to the kitchen cabinets. Just a try, maybe it’ll work better. Cheers!

You need to call the maintenance for your building. If you are renting they will repair for you.( the coffee machine) Your rent is based on the extras that are included in the apartment.
