That’s realistic fridge restock guys😹 especially when you are eating healthy. You can add vegetables but don’t pressure yourself to fill the fridge with unhealthy stuff. Buy what you need and what is healthy for you. I like this . Recently I realized there’s not a lot to buy from supermarkets if you are trying to eat healthy.

Congratulations for your new fridge. Metals are not to be stored in fridge so jam nooo same as sufuria. Then Nina you can buy containers for the fridge organization same as for the juices you got in 5litres there are beautiful juice containers. Then kuna tomatoes, hoho, dhanias vegetables etc you can store in bottom glass shelve. Then boil githeri in plenty, beans etc store if freezer side. Then also buy kuku, meat, beacons, sausages etc all the best 🎉

A little pointer. If you have lots of Mboga you can put them in freezer. Cut and freeze or cut, blanch and freeze. Where I live in Europe we freeze all mbogas and literally everything
