Hi, No it doesn't come with lithium. We had lithium installed recently.

Can you do an update on the atomic? And can you please answer a couple of questions Have you had any issues? Does the A/C work well in the Florida heat? Is the ion and coupe the same size? I understand the your model does fit on the side walk do the others too?

We have an Atomic coupe similar to yours and are interested in getting seat covers like you have. Can you please inform us of the source and model of the seat covers you installed? And do they make the seat feel cooler than when sitting on simply the bare black leather-like vinyl seat material? Thank you!

We bought the seat covers on Amazon. The seat covers fit perfectly, but we aren't using them because they didn't make a difference. The air conditioning is sufficient and we didn't need them. It was right off the lot. Definitely test drive it. It is very comfortable. No gas fumes like the regular golf car. It really is like a little car rather than a golf cart. We like that it's quiet and we can put the windows up (electric of course) The seat adjustment is manual. They are a little cheaper than the regular carts too. Definitely shop around. We thought the battery would die quickly, but that's not the case. 60 miles on a charge is a good distance.

Do you need to get Tags for these cars?

Not if you are only using it on the golf cart path. If you want to use it on the road, you will have to get tags and adjust it to be able to go to the maximum speed it can go which is about 40mph. The speed is normally adjusted to 20-22mph.

Hi Lydia! Fellow Delunatic here! I’ve had my eye on an Atomic Cart for several months now. We already have a Yamaha gas cart that my hubs is happy with, but I want the Atomic Cart for myself as I find it very difficult to press the gas pedal on the Yamaha with my knee arthritis. Do you find the gas pedal easy to press? Also, we’re thinking of staying with the regular battery rather than upgrading to lithium because of worries over lithium battery fires since it’ll be in our garage. Do you feel it did okay mileage wise on the regular battery? We aren’t looking to go as far as Spanish Springs since we have the gas cart for that, so it’ll mainly be for me to drive around here close to home. Oh, and are those magnets you used to decorate the cart? I’m thinking you wouldn’t have covered it with stickers, right? LOL! Would love to do that, but need them to be removable. 😅

Hi Debbie! So glad to hear from an neighbor. The pedal is very easy to press. I think it's easier than the Yamaha. We drove our Atomic Cart from DeLuna to Spanish Springs and back with the original battery with no trouble. It's just fine to get around in. The bridge crossing at Spanish Springs makes me nervous. 😂 I find it's very narrow. The decals come off, but the ones we got for Christmas, we had to warm them up to get them off.

Street legal¿ top speed and range¿

The golf car can be converted to street legal. We opted not to do that with ours. Top speed is 40mph for our model. Range with the current lead acid battery 60 miles. When we get the lithium battery the range will be approximately 80 miles per charge.
