@@Prattmary when they asked him in a previous video what he wanted to name the baby, he had said Mr. Joel. So when he acted upset when they told him the name was Gunner, that was my first thought. It’s like he was thinking, “mom, dad…we discussed this! The name was supposed to be Mr. Joel!” 😂

Joel is a nice name. That would have been my pick, however you both handled Gideon so well. I like that you acknowledged his feelings & didn't make him feel foolish for having them. You both are great parents. Also letting Evelyn experience some regression. It is hard on young kids when a new member of the family gets so much attention. Everything will settle down eventually.

I used a Wubbanub pacifier too but they're not recommended for newborns any longer! And one that old (having went thru 2 kids already) would definitely be considered unsafe due to breakdown.
