Tracks are the new standard for sure... I owned 7-8 other skids over the last 20 years and had to rent track machine more times than I should have had to over traction issues. Sand, Mud, woodchip areas, Even brush mowing any hills at all the track is like the difference between 2wd and 4wd trucks in snow... Not telling you anything you don't know already but just sharing your opinion. I just got a used 2008 T140 Bobcat track unit and love it. I just do general landscaping occasional installs... A few patios, lawn installs etc. Just love the track machine. No flats, smoother grading, better traction, No chains and sprockets inside just all external working in the driveline. I will never own another wheel machine. That new Cat is Beast. I used a 259D and was amazed at that machine let alone this one you just got, very nice

Nice machine but I prefer bobcat . Just took delivery of bobcat t66 with clear view sides, 5 link suspension, bluetooth, back camera, and s76 . Ordered machines 5 weeks ago. Keep up the good work

I really enjoyed the project update videos, would love to see a full equipment/ truck walk around video now that you have both new machines and the second dump truck. I think some hardscape how to videos would be pretty cool also! Keep up the great work!!!

u should do an update for next year as of trucks/equipment wise and about space wise bc it looks like getting tight there and plans for the company next year.

How much did you pay for the 289D and the 305 excavator?

He's probably not going to answer that question nor should he. It's bad business to do so in terms of his relationship with the dealer. Not to mention it's a personal question even though it's related to a business. My guess however is between 75k and 80k for the 289d depending on options, negotiating skills and dealer availability. I would imagine most people are going with the 0% financing as well.
