25K in the heart of Makati is just the right price if we're talking Jazz Residences and Makati area. We just moved out of Makati/BGC area but we loved our 7 years there because of all the conveniences --- everything is nearby and mostly within walking distance (we walked EVERYWHERE!). It is, of course, lower in the outskirts, but nothing beats living in the city. Good deal for you guys!

I miss my home country so much. Took a two month vacation last year and went back here in Canada just in time for Christmas. The difference in atmosphere and overall experience is really making me miss back home 😭. It just hit different. Here in Canada, it is so much different even when you're with your family. Your new place is a palace compared with a van - not belittling your van life though. If you're going to visit the country often, you'd be better off buying your own condo unit so that you won't have a problem looking for a place to stay each time you visit the country. Just maybe, you're already trying to consider that option right now. No doubt about that, Vanessa is a forward thinking person.

I suggest that you need to buy much to add some things at your apartment since you are not staying permanently in the Philippines but I don't know if you are going to stay. P25K is a good deal. It's usually P25K for air Residences for 24-27sqm. That's an SMDC condo and the interior is quite good plus u got a morning view, usually the price for morning view is more expensive when purchasing and the fastest units to sell.
