@@Potatotalkies well all the water softeners are same. If needed I can recommend Culligan water softener (i can give you a rep number as well). It's good and works well. Before you decide anything, ask the sales rep to test the water hardness.

One important point to note is that just how you can earn equity on pre-constructions while it’s being built during a bull market, you’re also at risk of negative equity and losing more money during a bear market, like we saw after April 2022. For instance, if you commit to buy a home for $650k in 2023 and when you close in 2025, if the appraisal is only at $600k, the lender will require you to pay the difference of $50k before you get a mortgage. This exact situation has unfolded for several buyers in and around the GTA who bought at the peak and had to close the house after home prices fell by about 20% in some cases.

Value of this house 🏡 In Calgary is 400k-450k. Calgary alone has population of 1.5 million which is way more than Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge Combined. Calgary also have 0$ land transfer tax & way better quality of life.
