OMG 😳 the price for your rent of big nice house 🏡 is amazing l used to paid for the same price renting house near the beach 🏖 full furniture and 2 bedrooms all air-condition TV and internet for $350 in Koh Samui Thailand 🇹🇭 And now I pay rent for 2 bedrooms apartment for $1382 a month it ridiculous and living on 2nd floor not even have any yard here in the state. we wait for COVID-19 to die out hopefully soon and we will move back to Thailand again

A foreigner can not own property in the Philippine's, now Brian's wife can, so if you are a foreigner you only can rent the land, but I can't remember if it is 25 or 50 years, I think it is 50 years, remember you aren't dealing with America's rules here, but I wish America would have these rules where no foreigner can own land.

U didnt give inf on store space or did I miss it? Hope u rode thru at night, little concerned about the heavy security and that one loud dogs. Hopefully, they will get used to you and you won't have the loud doga and party music, thus the need to drive through at different times of the day and week, you are locked in for 2 years. love everything except the dark brown trim, but that is just a person's choice. The other person's suggestion about possible repairs that would need to be done immediately, but of course it is too late now, but I would have added a clause that any repairs needed within the with 30 days she would bear the expense if over so much. The price is good for the size, the others must have destroyed the house with all the work being done, how long were they there? A married couple with an older child and small dog is a dream renter.
