This is a well planned apartment I’m shocked that you can make a lot of changes to the interior like changing the lights, change paint color and change countertops that is something that can’t be done in the US unless it is totally renter friendly or the landlord/owner gives the ok and deduct the cost of the rent per month so for me I’m excited to see your designs 👏🏾👏🏾I know it will be beautiful ❤last not the laundry room is positioned in the best place I never understood why the laundry area would be on the balcony or why a sink would be outside of the restroom I’m glad to see you are happy with everything 👍🏾

Yes dear 😊 here in most houses you are allowed to make changes like painting, drilling but not much, using contact papers on cabinets and many more. You can even decide to add shelves on the walls. Planning is also another issue, it's so hard to find well planned houses here and if you do, they are all occupied. I'm sure it will get better with time❤️❤️

Je préfère cet appartement, il est bien agencé et a une entrée. Je n'aime pas quand on entre et qu'on se retrouve directement dans une pièce. J'aime bien la cuisine, juste dommage qu'il n'y ait qu'un seul évier et pas de place pour ton frigo. Dans le cellier, j'aurais ajouté une étagère. Bon courage pour l'aménagement. Hâte de voir comment tu vas le décorer. Ménage toi quand même car tu portes notre nièce ou neveu ❤.
