Need to say it out loud I never comment but today my heart is filled with love seeing not a company but a family grow! In your packing vlog so many people questioned about why you guys are packing & sorting things out .. why can't people see the level of bond in the company with the founder ! Sarah has always supported the team & she has been hated for xyz reasons ! When dixi left it was a obvious thought in my mind that after what she went through she would not be able to manage everything just with freelancing as editor & she took the decision to do a job & Sarah supported her! She is a piece of sarahs heart & people assumed & said so many things about her! Even sakshi left but Sarah has always treated them as their GIRLS ! Rather than an ex employee! That's why the current & past team of Sarah supports her in all life phases because they see Sarah supporting their people! Even now the cute clip of sherin giving a bite to Sarah was so pure & adorable! I wish people understand how support changes the team atmosphere & it's not like any other corporate office with internal politics & double faced people!the atmosphere at their office is different than another so how can things be compared! I've seen the company owner appointing a manager & then just asking for efforts & targets & aims to be completed no matter what the employee has in resource! They just care about profits of the company neglecting the employee relationship building but here it's different!They are so mingled with each other because they truly feel like family with Sarah! I adore you guys ! May impulse coffee grow & also Sarah ❤️ #sarahsquad always 🧿! I hope people start accepting what they are seeing with love & leave the hatred! Smile smile everyone!
