Our 2017 Honda Pilot also has the auto stop/start. My daughter says you get better mileage that way. I told her I’d rather pay for a little more in gas than replacing a starter at today’s prices. Yes, I have to remember to turn the feature off each time the car is started, but it became habit quickly.

You know my big rig and. hauling multiples I can have her paid off in a year and a half and take her over to the Rv Transport and keep my 1 ton Dooley as a back up truck By the way, I hit 5000 subs last night score

I have a WiFi plan for my wife’s car. So when we tow it we access the WiFi in the Motorhome going down the road. $20 a month for unlimited from AT&T

I’m not sure on the Silverado but on the ford they make something that you can plug in that disables the auto start stop, may be something to look into !

I didn’t say a glove box, and there will be times in your life where you need to make a quick stop and can’t legally take your firearm in with you (such as a post office). You’ll need to disarm, and LOCK it in a safe in your vehicle temporarily
