Lol your video made me think of my son (6)and his sister (4)r. Both adopted from Ethiopia where the sun settle around 18.00 and sun goes up 06.00. They both come to Norway in the start of July, one of then lightest time of the year. He couldn't understand why he had to get to bed around 19 -20.00 o'clock. And then he woke up 04.00 in the morning. It was a hard month. Now he is 15 and sleep like a log😂 The bun with coconut is called "skolebolle" - school bun. All the kids love them. Some of the birds you saw was "flaggspett" (the wood pecker - english The great spotted woodpecker) and the little one with red chest was a dompap - Eurasian bullfinch. Last one you don't see very often.

As I watched this episode I was thinking about all the unique places and sites that the kids won’t really remember…and I had a thought …. I could imagine in about 20 years a KZbin channel of Hunter and Koa going back to all these places they were as kids but don’t recall. They could show clips of themselves little and then go as young adults. I hope that happens 😁 if I’m still around I’d watch for sure. Thanks as always for helping us explore the world 🥰

Such a sweet vlog. The bird at 6mins was a woodpecker. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️Ps. Please remember to check your kids for ticks EVERY day before bed while in Europe. If they haven't been vaccined for encephalitis, get it done asap. If you check them daily for ticks (eg when getting ready for bed, which is what we are told to do in Germany) you can get the tick out in the first 24hrs! (If you are nervous to pull the tick out..Use a soap blob on tick, it will make them withdraw their heads due to chemicals and no air). Draw a circle around the bite, keep checking it.. if the red grows eg over pen circle, get to a doctor asap. In the first 24hrs if possible. Antibiotics need to be given max with 72hrs of tick latching on/biting to help against Lyme disease. Around animals, wildlife, livestock you are more likely to get ticks. And sommer time is tick season in Europe! Oh yeh.. and check yourselves to. You can google online where/how to check yourselves and your kids. They bite anywhere, but there are common spots on the body they prefer to latch on to.

The bun with the coconut is called a "School bun". It was commonly given to kids when they went to school from the 1950's and until people started realizing giving kids so much sugar at lunch maybe wasn't the best.
