Mike, you are doing excellent work on the editing. Your sense of timing and wit adds a lot to the atmosphere of the vids. Ryan, I wouldn't be messing with nature by taking any growth supplements. I am sure you will start to gain height soon enough. What you lack in height (at this time) you more than make up for with your character and good humour. My morning routine? I am usually up by 7 or 7'30 and then "at work" by 8 or 8'30. Even though I am retired, I still try to maintain a "work day" routine ... 😊 Cheers, and stay well!

Jill Katie was quite special this morning with really great energy. I know the rest of her day will be great. It is hard for the kids to routine when classes are not structured in an hourly fashion. I’m a great believer in teens being able to be up late and sleep late too, as that is natural at that age due to hormones apparently. I can’t understand why high schools don’t work in with that and start later in the day.

Eternatty because college classes start as early as 8AM. If they want to study nursing, clinical rotations start as early as 6AM.

Teenagers cover a wide range of ages. The older ones need to start cultivating a work ethic, since work is only a few years hence for them. As fo Ryan, he seems to be procrastinating far too much.

Eternatty parents usually start working at 8 so they can drop off the kids (that don’t drive) and make sure they don’t skip. It also gets them ready for college and work hours.

Research by English secondary schools ( 11-18) found that if the 12-15 year old's started later in the day the grades went up (boys had a higher percentage increase) so some schools have the 12-15 years old's starting at 10 pm and finishing at 5 pm with the earlier and older ages starting at 8:30 am and finishing at 3:30 pm

My morning routine is my cat claws my feet to get me up, give him his treats, then get my coffee going. Has to be Maxwell House Original Blend, medium roast. Text my husband Good Morning 😘. We grew up on Puffed Wheat and Puffed Rice cereal. But our mom always made breakfast on the weekends. We all ate the table.

Note to Parents: Life 8g Sugar, Corn Flakes 4g Sugar, Frosted Mini Wheats 12g Sugar. My parents told me that when I was a kid - a lot more sugar in Life than you think. But Ryan is SO right, Frosted Flakes and Capt'n Crunch are totally it. And I just turned 56...
