I think the perfect pot is a great size. The always pan could definitely be bigger.

Thanks. Think the biggest thing is not overheating it and cleaning it immediately so things do not get stuck on.

Great info. I have those two pans and have had them a month. They have worked fine. Glad I found your one year review. I wish car manufactures would do 5 year reviews on cars!

Thanks. I’ve been using them a little bit more frequently the past couple months and started noticing the non stick surface getting a build up now. Still non stick. But not sure how much longer it’ll last. Check out my video on caraway. Those pans are virtually identical for surface. Just a little nicer design.
