Our Pregnancy Documentary | Our Feelings Entering Parenthood

We wanted to document our raw feelings of our pregnancy. Throughout the entire pregnancy, we had waves of issues. We were wanting Kaida to come early because of our excitement to see him and the multiple difficulties we had for the duration of the pregnancy, but it wasn't exactly as we thought it would end. In all, we are happy everyone is safe and can't wait to bring you home soon, Kaida!

This is my first time on your channel; Congratulations!! Baby deliveries are seldom what new parents expect, so please do not feel that you were no prepared. This is doubly alarming when encountering the US system for the first time. It is also disappointing when mothers are sent home so soon after delivering--most modern countries do not do this. I say these things to let you know that you are fine. Tiki, you will encounter a big change in your emotional state. Cry if and when you need to . . . it is important that you let the tears flow . . . and sleep when you can. Jie Jie, if you can take time off to just be around to do everything possible, you need to be there. Tiki and Kaida need you. You will probably both be very fragile for a month--that is normal. Have courage, accept help, and trust yourselves. You will be fine.

Oh my, congratulations! I’m glad that you all are okay. Tiki, I pray that you fully recover quickly. To you both, I pray that your beautiful baby is able to come home to you very soon. In the US, they do release you from the hospital very quickly and I imagine that was quite shocking for you. So often I’ve heard them say that they believe that patients recover faster and better at home in their natural surroundings. Congratulations. Please Take Care Of Yourself First. It's Not A Reason To Eat Unhealthy. The Weight You Gain Could Be More Difficult To Take Off. When You Feel Nauseated, Try Eating A Few Crackers To See If It Could Help With It. The More You Exercise The Stronger You Will Feel When Baby Arrives. Be Careful Of Taking In Too Much Salt As Well. Make Sure You Are Taking In Enough Natural Iren, Like Bell Peppers, (All Colors).Try To Get Enough Sleep When You Can. Actually, You Both Need To Rest When You Can. You May Not Get It When Baby Arrives. 💜 So Excited For You Both.
