Rabbits and guinea pigs are very sociable and should always be rehomed in pairs, as would most likely become depressed on their own - but never rabbits and guinea pigs together in the same enclosure. I know you guys would make amazing pet parents to them! X

Hi Carys and James! We recently had to put our poor black lab down due to his hips and arthritis, but he was at the wonderful age of 16 and he only deteriorated in his final year. We also had him from a puppy. From as soon as possible start putting fish oil capsules over her food to keep her joints supple as she grows and try and find somewhere she can have a swim regularly. Our dog went swimming a few times a week in our river and vets said this is why he was doing so well at such an old age for a lab (they normally live 10 - 12 yrs). Mila is absolutely gorgeous and such a sweetheart! So sweet to see her running around off the lead! Lots of love

This is so good to hear actually!! We picked a food that is meant to be good for joint but will definitely look into fish oils!! Did you only take her on really short walks when she was young or did you not really think about it? - James :)

Aww that's great you're being conscious of it so early on! From a pup he went on two 30-40 minute walks a day but often incorporating a swim. He did proper running (like throwing a ball etc.) for really short periods of time on his walks. At the age of about 12 they went down to two 20 minute walks a day :) Hope this helps!

I have a house rabbit and they're honestly one of the loveliest pets you could get. They're really clever, you can litter train them and teach them tricks, they also learn their own name. I will say they are a lot of work tho, like they need just as much care and attention as a dog does, plenty of room to run around. If you were to get one, with Mila being a puppy she's probably the best age for you to introduce. As rabbits and dogs can get on really well. :)

My dog loves antlers! It saved my house and so many things from getting chewed when he was a puppy. I also get nylabones, but the "power chewer ones" they are very sturdy but work super well to clean their teeth and they last so long. Mila is getting so big, thank you for the sweet blog, can't wait to see more :)

Heads up.. rabbits are SO much more work than dogs!!!! Snowy is a breeze compared to Pikachu, Thistle and Pancakes! They used to just roam about the house like dogs and snuggle etc. but needed so much more to keep them entertained and they ate so much furniture etc too! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Bunnies are super tricky to actually care for properly, they needs lots of space, they are much happier in pairs or groups and need to be vaccinated and spayed/neutered :) I'm sure you'd be great bunny owners if you do your research xx

My puppy was soo afraid of walking down stairs as well! It helps if you put her in the middle of the stairs facing down and sitting in front of her with a few treats :)

I’d recommend an easy walk harness! We got one for our pup and it was such a game changer for leash pulling 😊

if you may, invest in a harness for the puppy...the collar strains her neck when she's pulling you. She is so cute! I've never wanted a black lab as much as I do now.

You both got it right with the Ikea. It just sounded like two different Swedish Dialects 😛 sounded like Skånska and like Stockholmska. The only difference how we say it in Swedish is probably that our "I" sounds like and English "E"

Is it snowing there now as I'm in south Devon in the red warning zone we literally saw the snow coming towards us straight from the sea (I live right at the the end of the point if looking at a map of Devon. Our local weather forecaster told us the red warning zone extends into Wales so I hope your all doing ok and Hope your wind doesn't get as strong as ours 60-65mph and with the snow its a bit of a blizzard here as I type this to you. My Bunny whimpaulton skips around my legs when i enter the room, gets on fine with my sisters dog, jumps onto the sofa when im sat there. Hes loving. Id advice to get a small breed though💜

Just a tip, never ever leave your really nice converse on the ground because Mila will probably eat them lol I learned this the hard way 😂 Dutch ate 2 pairs on me.. laughing about it now but at the time -> 😠 haha! He only stopped the chewing of everything there just before he turned 2, now all dogs are different and Mila will probably stop sooner hopefully!! So much ❤❤❤❤❤ as always xoxoxoxoxox

The rabbit my boyfriend family have is huge and when they first got her she wouldn’t let them stroke her now she runs up to you when you walk into the room and will jump on the sofa and onto your lap when she sit down for a cuddle she’s also gets oh with their huge dog 👍🏻😊
