Your slow, quiet living in the countryside with beautiful simplicity (and the delicious looking baked treats) has quickly made your channel my new favorite. Countryside living feeds my soul. I always feel completely zapped of energy when I come home from a town. I need that slow pace, that peace and quiet. Do you know what you are so right I have a diary and I do right in it but I basically write negative stuff how bad the day went how bad the encounters with negative people people with bad vibes that’s all I write so I want you to teach What do you do that brings so much positive vibes in your life and manifestation thank you so much have a great weekendThe cows are so adorable they are so curious they’re just saying hi

What if you started writing how your day was tonight and instead of writing what actually happened, write what you would wish had happened. So something like: “I feel so grateful I have found some time for myself today and was able to drink my coffee quietly. I enjoyed the dinner with my family and we all sat at the table and talked about our day. I feel gratitude and love for the life I have and for being able to spend these little dinner moments with each other.” Or anything along those lines. Include expressions of feelings (Happiness, gratitude, pride, joy, fulfillment, accomplishment, serenity, peacefulness, excitement etc): the frequency of these words will lift the frequency of your being. Your frequency will attract things that are a vibrational match to that, so managing how you feel, which words you use and what you say to yourself and others is important. This is how we’ve manifested all things in our life, including our house here 💜 Hope this helps!
