We have a lil tree like that (besides a bigger tree), we put it on a little table between where hubby and I sit and also put ornaments on. It was sooo festive. Best $16 or so dollars spent, ever! Easy to pack away, too :)

Like the Tree. Growing up we had some Vintage (probably 70's) snoopy ornaments on our tree. One he has reindeer antlers and another a Santa Cap. I know Snoopy predates the 80's but still a part of us 80's kids. Merry Christmas!

The good thing about the 1980s it was a much more chill vibe, friendlier people, nice aesthetics in shopping malls, but electronics were apparently super expensive. It’s amazing how something that’s 100x more powerful now costs less than in the equivalent of 1980s money. 🙂 I just watched your 1990 house tour video.

I know it is a little late, but we are still in the Christmas season. Since you guys like the 80s, may I suggest you watch and react to Team StarKids' VHS Christmas Carol. It is a 45 minute, completely sung, musical rendition of the Dickens' classic of the same name. The best part, is that the music and styling is influenced by the 1980s. There are nods to different musical artists from that time period and it would be fun to see if you can pick up on what is being referenced. It brings back the feel of 80s music videos that were captured on VHS tapes with a screen that is incorporated into the show. I think you guys would appreciate it.

No we don't. My babysitter watched Guiding Light, so of course I had to watch that with her, ha! Then later, in my teens and early 20s, I got hooked on The Young and the Restless. But yes, General Hospital was also very popular.
