Tbh, it's not just Leclerc. It's Ferrari as a whole. Race-ruining safety cars, drivetrain-destroying valve covers, formation lap DNS's, self-imolating turbos, cars that like to snap backwards into a wall, tiny touches leading to beaching in gravel, poor tire calls...all of it. If there's bad luck, there's like a 50% chance its one of the two red cars.

Can I ask why do people say Charles is unlucky? I get being unlucky once even twice but with how “unlucky” he gets maybe the team is just bad? I understand things happening like engine goes but it’s always something with him. No I’m not saying it’s Charles but I am saying maybe it’s the team.

Besides, why is it that Carlos is "less unlucky"? In my years of work experience, when someone is constantly "unlucky" or "strangely prone to having issues", more often than not, the main problem is the person themselves being just unable to handle the responsibility or even lacking the skill to put in the extra work that others do in the shadows, but we only see the result and attribute it to "bad luck" and stuff. And yes, I've been that "unlucky" person and then realized that yes, the team is a mess, the company is a mess, the environment is a mess, but others seem to be doing just fine while I struggle, why? Because the problem is you my man, you only see the end result but can't see what others are doing in the shadows to give themselves an edge over you. Those scenarios are exactly the kind of situation where discipline, order and hard work triumph over raw talent, and naturally talented individuals (like Leclerc) don't see it until it's literally too obvious or too late. Been there, done that. And I know people will get angry and tell me I'm just projecting, that's fine by me, at last I live in reality, as much as it sucks, it's better than believing in fantasies.

When asked about Logan Sargeant's performance could have been answered with some research... around a week ago Williams came out and said that this race would be the first time Logan has the same car as Alex in months. ​@@NY-Vice I get your intention (very noble of you) but you are using the *word "hate" wrong, people do criticize Logan (and harshly), but 1st of all, that doesn't mean they are hating on him, and second, he absolutely deserves the criticism (notice I don't say hate), whatever criticism he's receiving is not out of the blue, people have been even harsher towards Lance, Mazepin, Latifi and others before, on the other hand as you said, Logan is somehow likeable, at least no easy to dislike, which makes people treat him with a bit of pity. If he were to be a bit easier to dislike, trust me, he'd get A LOT more criticism and REAL hate, not what he gets now. Edit: damn autocorrect!

I took Lewis’s comments to mean that all future development on the car will be geared towards Russell’s preferences instead of his. I agree with Mercedes for doing so, but if adjustments for George provide a negative impact to Lewis then I think that goes some way to explain the he difference in one lap pace.

George Russell might be having the most underrated season a driver has had in recent memory. He outqualifies his teammate (who only happens to be a 7 time world champion) every single race, and the time he lost last week was by .002. Yet people are always picking Hamilton to be better than him every week, not giving him any credit, even going as far as saying that Mercedes is sabotaging Hamilton before giving Russell any credit.

I watched the onboards of Checo and Gasly. Both where complaining that Ocon was backing them up on the outlap. Also watched Ocon his onboard. His engineer was constantly telling him to drive faster... I am sure on hearing the frustration of his engineer that he backed them up on purpose. I will be glad when that arrogant bastard is removed from the grid.

The simple reason that Logan gets rated terribly all the time is that Logan Sargeant is way out of his depth. He looks and sounds like a cool bloke, a great guy. I'd be happy if I'd get him as a taxi driver. Putting him in an F1 car is actually the meaner and more hateful thing to do.

Perez got caught up and had to start his final flying lap about 1 sec behind Ocon or he might have missed the flag. Ocon had a clean track ahead, but his team mate Gasly was also stuck behind Perez. So Ocon screwed Perez and Gasly!
