Buckeye here. Just want to tell Nebraska fans how great I think you are. I absolutely admired how Nebraska fans stayed to the end through a tough night. Not many fan bases would be that loyal. Better days are coming...

I agree man, and from what I’ve heard, nebraskans are very welcoming. Might not be a bad place to raise my kids

With the support the Huskers get, it's just a matter of time until the Nebraska shade of red takes over the west. Glad you guys are in the B1G. Even in a 48-7 loss, you represent the league with class. From a Penn Stater, best of luck the rest of the way!

I respect every Corn Husker's fans who attended last night game vs the Ohio State. They all stayed whole game even though game is pretty much over 1st half. I can't wait Husker dominate in WEST soon. GO BUCKS~~~

I really want Nebraska to return to the top, as a Notre Dame fan...I love traditional powers. (except USC, of course) I do LOATHE Alabama. Nebraska will NEVER compete in the Big 10. You need to move back to your traditional conference...the Big 12. You can't recruit with Ohio State, Michigan and Penn State....not happening. You could recruit with Texas and Oklahoma...if you went back. You lost ALL your traditional rivalry games. Who wants to watch Nebraska vs. Northwestern, Minnesota, Indiana, Maryland, Rutgers, Purdue, Michigan State, Iowa, etc.? I really enjoyed that Nebraska vs. Colorado game. I miss Nebraska vs. Texas, Nebraska vs. Oklahoma, Nebraska vs. K-State, Nebraska vs. Iowa State, Nebraska vs. Texas Tech. You don't belong in the Big 10. The move didn't make sense then, it looks even worse now. You'll see, sooner or later....

sydIRISH I agree

I get what you are saying, but the Big 12 is, in my opinion, a dead conference walking. It's a sparsely populated region with, outside of Texas, too few viewers and too little economic power. The Big 12 barely survived the last conference restructuring, and I think it's almost certainly not going to survive the next one, which will come with the next round of television contracts. Tom Osborne saw that and guided Nebraska to the Big Ten, where it has put it on much more solid financial ground. We're likely going to end up with four 16-team conferences eventually (I don't like it, but I think it will happen), and Nebraska may get Oklahoma and Texas back as rivalry games then. Nebraska got itself into a mess by overestimating it's ability and firing Solich and later Pelini, who were getting all they could out of that team. Hopefully, Scott Frost will turn out to be the real deal for them, and will be able to get them back on a more competitive footing.

sydIRISH I don’t agree and I think that Oklahoma should be in the big 10 instead of Rutgers.

Hairball can recruit or at least "could recruit". Unfortunately, he can't coach.
