Looking to get my first skates soon, thinking about getting the Rookie Artistic skates. Riedel and Moxi were recommended to me but prices are steep for my first, good to know what skates are good in the UK and for what style of skating! Thanks for doing this vid!!

Hi ladies really enjoyed the content, was pretty informative. I was wondering why it had become hard to source nike skates I didn't know they were no longer sponsoring bauer. Used to really enjoy skating and thinking of starting again. Quick tip for removing unwanted marks like toe scuffs or the writing on the ventures is to use lighter fluid. It's safe to use on plastic and leather and won't leave any weird white marks or melt like when using acetone. Great content thanks for sharing.

This has been so helpful! I got my first pair of rookie bubblegum to get me started. Looking for something tougher and supportive (also black) for longer street skates. I love that you all have "tougher" skates. Im still kinda new do this has been super helpful. Im a size 3/3.5 too. If you have any recommendations I'll take them! Sending love from glasgow 💚

This is bare informative, thank you. I got one question about the Roces. Do you have to wear hi/thick socks for them to be comfortable? I currently have a pair of Ventro Turbos but was thinking of getting Roces cos they look lighter and dope in general. Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks :)

You don’t necessarily have to wear thick socks it just depends what ur doing. You may want to wear thick socks if ur doing toe stuff but other than there pretty gd. Hope that helps 😊

Hey love the video. Are those rookie artistic skates? I am just wondering cause it say on the website that size up to 5 can bear only up to 60 kg. I am 5 but then I am around 70 kg. Anyone have idea how to make it work :p
