I feel Jimmy's frustration. As with all shitty cars, rental places became a dumping ground for EVs. Last time I had to raise my voice and remind the Europcar lady that a) I'm a 15-year, triple platinum-whatever customer and b) paid extra to have a "C-Class or better" rental aaaand c) a shit Model S is not, in fact, a C-Class or better. They thought it was an upgrade! Unbelievable.
