Masha'Allah...now some gentle advice as a GP...unless you are deliberately looking to mess up your stomach lining and develop ulcers by the time you hit 40...then I highly recommend to cut back the chilli and excessive fizzy drinks and in particular that poison red bull that you so often consume...otherwise my son you are heading for a disaster...I'm sure you want to be a healthy father one day...stay blessed.
