LOVE THOSE GUMMY PENGUINS! They are amazing. A strange suggestion (a Trader Joe's employee told me to try this one time and I was hooked), try them in the freezer. They don't freeze solid and it changes the texture. A fun way to enjoy them. Especially during the summer! 😀

Trader Joe’s has been on the East coast since before I moved to America from England over 24 years ago. They are in almost every state in the US. As for those peaches, they’re so delicious and I seem to remember having jarred pears from TJ’s too which were also extremely delicious. TJ’s have all sorts of delicious food. Next time you’re in America, if you stay somewhere that’s self catering, I recommend buying some of their meal items and dessert items too and trying those out. The only problem is sticking to a budget, because everything is so good!! Sometimes, I do a themed food shop at TJ’s by doing a Chinese night or a Mexican night. In the winter I find myself doing English night and I’ll get crumpets, butter and steak and ale pie. I get homesick in the wintertime. I love watching your channel. Especially when you try items I can actually go out and buy the next day, but at least I know what to look for the next time I’m in Texas.

I never really could relate to someone else's taste because it is all subjective and all relative as well. I really don't eat a lot of things that I have seen you guys have tried but that ended during this video with the Trader Joe's "Mochi Rice Nuggets" which are probably my favorite go to snack there is!!! I personally think they are perfectly seasoned and have realized that I don't like things that are heavily salted or spiced and you have to notice one more thing about these nuggets which is, as stated they are made out of rice which means they have a different texture even if it is subtle it is one of the things I love the most about them. I find when you bite and chew most CRISPY snacks made with corn, potatoes, wheat or other aside from rice they just break down quickly and are gone but with pure rice snacks like these, after the initial crunch they get chewy and it is a texture feel I really enjoy, little bits can even adhere to your teeth a little which I really like. Also to your comment about the Japanese snacks you have tried that are similar to these, you are most likely referring to Rice Crackers or "Senbei" in Japan, which is very popular and available almost everywhere now and do have many different flavors, but what most people don't know is that rice crackers are almost all made from rice AND FLOUR which means they don't have the same texture as these as well as they are NOT gluten free, which is what most people assume when they buy them (I have had friends with Celiac disease unknowingly eat them) so people need to read the ingredients list carefully.

If you like jarred or canned fruit, have you tried making ambrosia with canned fruit and Cool Whip? My husband makes it for pot lucks at work.

You need to try Cauliflower as a substitute for mashed potatoes if you haven't already, boil, drain most the water, except about a tablespoons worth, add butter and your choice of milk or cream, and "mash" with a stick blender. Little bit of sweetness, but not as filling. Great with a big steak!

Oh, I love the TJ' Inner Peas, they are a bit addictive, and they are so popular that quite often I go in to get them and they are out, now when we find them we grab 4 or 5 bags. I would love those brownies, but I'm on a journey to cut most of the processed sugar out of my diet to try and correct my A1C number for my diabetes, ugh, maybe just one bite. Here's one for Al, I always eat the core of a fresh pineapple, I love it more because it's not as full of acid. I'll have to get over to my local TJ's and try some of these goodies.
