They should change the text on Fungus & Nala to replace the word “cast” with “play” because that’s way more in line with what the card actually does

Yeah they don't work with the cast 5 random spells quest either... its really disappointing when you try to construct a fun combo and it just doesn't work the turn you think you'll pop off

@@non-blogger The cards say "cast" but when spells are cast from effects (i.e. not played from hand) like quest rewards it doesn't proc its effect which is kind of misleading. The way the cards actually work is when you play a spell from hand it procs the effect but casting it twice doesn't proc it twice like the wording would leave you to believe

Isn't like Lord of Gains working on UNIQUE spells anyways? That means that even if you cast same spell twice and it works, you would only trigger the effect once. Pretty sure lors of gains has the "proc stars on naga once for each UNIQUE spell you cast".

The cast 5 spells quest rewards sucks because it just griefs you more than it benefits. It’s like if yogg’s wheel was more weaker and relied on giving you shit instead of something decent.

yeah. you want the double end of effect anyway because of the naga buff guy that triggers at the end of your turn. So there is more synergies with the dragon.

This reply is super late and hindsight is 20/20 and all but wouldn’t the mech be better to keep because it’s a way better minion to have on board that could also generate extra spells via getting bigger

Guys I just lost a game cus idk how the interaction works or maybe it was bugged, but I set Double Murky with rylak + golden baron and baron plus double battlecry quest, in my calculations it should’ve gave me like 400+ stats (rylak had reborn) and it did, but the stats don’t stick, does anyone know why????

In situations like that, try to get an ol murk eye and drakkari. Ol murk eye triggers battle cries at the end of the round instead of in combat. But since drakkari doesn't stack like baron, you're still missing out on some stats.

Yeah the buffs happen in combat so it stays in combat. U want to play economy battlecries or those that affect the tavern w your rylai

The destroy undead the other undeads have its attack added is just a fail of wording. I used it on the undead who has avenge 1 get stats 1/1. It had 70 attack. I Used the card and it only added its base attack...

You might want to read it again. Or just think about it for a second - if it wasn't tier but attack it would literally be the most broken card ever printed even if it was tier 5 for 5 gold. If it was based on attack and you had 70 attack undeads, first cast would bring them to 140, second to 280 and third to 560 extra attack.
