Seeing the same guy every 4 sec killed it for me. Kills the whole experience and is not scary after the first 3 times.

That is a roaming character of the Underground. Sorry that would kill it for you. It provides better coverage when there aren't enough staff to cover all of the areas. Of course this haunt has over 2,000 holes where you can be targeted so they still didn't use many of those but tried their best. They sure kept getting us over and over!
