Awesome mix, Venison is spectacular meat to BBQ with not much more than Salt n Pepper, maybe a bit of Gin. Have had Derek's do the same, generally works a treat to get up early n be real noisy, they probably won't stop doing it but the satisfaction I get is spectacular. I agree the cold is great but only in small doses

Wow what an awesome episode, I love the boys trips, fishing and hunting. I took my boys fishing, swagging, motorbike riding whilst they where young and they still talk about the experience. I have done a bit of roo shooting but only shot what I needed, I skinned them and tanned the hides. Great xmas presents, lol. How good are family gatherings and dancing on tables. We love the channel and the honesty you project as a family. Great stuff.

Derek. One of the best things I’ve done with my 7 & 4 year old boys was pack them and the swags in the Ute and go camping. A few Derek moments make for some good memories and stories. Lads off grid 👍🏿
