isnt stromrazor and static shiv a low IQ item choice considering the both have energized which is a "unique passive", which means it doesnt stack damage, only the effects?

The damage stacks, cause it is counted as part of a secondary passive. The passive "built energy" and "have a special effect when energy stacks" are two different ones. The "dont stack" only applies to energizer not charging faster with more energized effects. The same way fleet works with sr and ss.

@@Jony01011 the damage doesnt stack. you dont get both the damage bursts. just the strongest burst, plus the speed boost, plus the chain lightning. One damage burst. same is true for items with spellblade or lifeline. essence reaver and an energized item does far more damage. Or you could just stack rfc, ss and sr and 1 hit people, but you cant. the damage doesnt stack.

That's why I only buy one of the two because the damage doesn't stack, if it didn't I would opt in for both

@@QuinnADC true. i thought i heard you say you were getting both SR and SS. my mistake. and thanks for confirming they dont stack, and that the baus's "big brain" ad thresh is actually an embarrassing low IQ build.
